Developer in talks to buy Hinesburg Saputo site

A Burlington-based commercial development firm has signed a purchase and sales agreement to buy the 15.4-acre site of the former Saputo USA cheese manufacturing plant in Hinesburg. The company envisions multiple uses of the land, including a possible return of a dairy business.
